Twenty First Qi Pastries was founded in 2012 by our founder, Qi. Her journey from a small event by creating 3D fondant cake and macaron tower has now turned into a supplier for some of the finest hotels and ingredient shop in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

Central to our success is the partnership between our founder and her partner, a pastry chef, Chef Howie from pastry kitchen in hotels, including Shangri-la KL and Sutera Harbour in KK. Together they blended their expertise, creating more special desserts and products for hotels and event planner. Besides all these, our chef possesses the talent and creativity to transform an ordinary dessert into a masterpiece such as an edible centrepiece in buffet table.

In year 2015, Loveursmiile as known as Qaler (a sister company) established when we noticed that branding is crucial for every company. Hence, we brought in an edible printing machine that allow us to print any logo/slogan of a company on food.

In the year of 2018, we expanded our operations, which another sister company joined. We created Qi Pastries Supply to expertise in supply partially furnish product such as tartlet shell, macaron, cookie dough etc. Supply lines started when home bakers are getting more in this industry. I believe our products do make their work easier.

Expending our products into hotel lines are always our main goal. This is one of the reasons we approached HALAL Certification registration. As HALAL certification is one of the criteria for hotel. Besides all these, we offer unique and customizable products to our clients. We hope that hotels’ pastries are able to bring joy and memorable experience to every guest.

In year 2022, we have gotten our own HALAL certified product.
